The Uppingham Town partnership ©
The Uppingham Town Partnership was set up in 2010 in response to requests from the then Town manager and Uppingham ward members as a bridge between the County and Town Councils and the wider community. We also successfully organise Late Night Shopping and the Uppingham Feast and plan to put on more Community events in 2012.
We are a properly constituted body and have created a company limited by guarantee “The Town Partnership” to give members of the board a clear idea of where they are within the board. The UTP is made up of 3 representatives each elected from the County Council and Town Council and 3 each from Business and the Community. We believe we are complimenting not duplicating the work of other community groups in the Town and hope to work with everyone who has the best interests of Uppingham at heart.
